a warm welcome to stellafrica we are committed to educate and fight against drug abuse. while government mainly focus on fighting aids, we strongly need to address a shocking increase in substance abuse. approximately 50% of crimes committed are drug related. more than 40% of fatal road accidents are related to alcohol. substance abuse greatly increases the risk of hiv aids & many other diseases, not to mention death we increasingly see drug dealers recruiting our children at schools and drug abuse dramatically increases in our cities. we can no longer turn a blind eye. the time to act is now, together we can stand up against the epidemic of the new world our vision
is simply to help. a person can make better decisions if they have
